1. Introduction and Acceptance

By creating an Account, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the Platform from within Indonesian territory. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement and that you are not prohibited by law from accessing or using the Services. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gaming.

3.4 Account Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

3.5 Single Account Policy

You are permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all Accounts being suspended, wagers voided, and balances forfeited. If you forget your Account credentials, please contact customer support rather than creating a new Account.

3.6 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify davo88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

4.1 Identity Verification

davo88 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot).

4.2 Verification Timeline

You agree to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) days of our request. Failure to comply may result in Account suspension and Withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. We aim to process verification documents within 48 hours of receipt.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If you fail to provide satisfactory verification documents or if the information provided does not match your Account details, davo88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, void outstanding bets, and return deposited funds (minus any fraudulent winnings) to the original payment source.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Limits

5.3 Payment Method Ownership

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. davo88 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership and to confiscate funds deposited from third-party sources.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in a different currency, they will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, and you may incur currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5.5 Processing Times

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. In rare cases, deposits may be delayed due to bank processing times or technical issues. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If your original deposit method cannot process withdrawals, davo88 will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative method registered in your name.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts typically range from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000 depending on the payment method. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by your VIP tier and may be increased for higher-tier members. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to promote security and prevent fraud.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

davo88 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended for first-time withdrawals, large amounts exceeding standard limits, or withdrawals requiring additional verification. Weekend and bank holiday processing may experience delays based on Indonesian banking schedules.

6.4 Wagering Requirements

To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Deposits that activate bonus offers are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in the bonus terms.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees

davo88 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Excessive withdrawal requests (more than three per day) may incur administrative fees at our discretion.

6.6 Withdrawal Cancellation

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it is processed. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed.

7.5 Promotion Modifications

davo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion cancellation, we will honor bonuses already credited to player Accounts according to the original terms.

8. Responsible Gaming

davo88 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all Services. We employ age verification procedures and reserve the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed.

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

9. Fair Gaming and Game Rules

10. Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

All content on the davo88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of davo88 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

14. Dispute Resolution

16. Account Closure and Termination

16.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately; accounts with remaining funds will remain open until you complete the withdrawal process.

16.2 Involuntary Termination

davo88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your Account poses risks to the Platform or other users. In such cases, we will return your deposited funds (excluding any fraudulent winnings) after deducting applicable fees and penalties.

16.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. We may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive accounts. Inactive accounts with zero balance may be permanently closed.

17. Amendments to Terms

davo88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
